Warren Drue from Hogan Lovells gets the deal done

Get the deal done is the most important lesson Warren Drue teaches his young collegaes. Don’t let personalities get in the way of closing a deal. Clients interests always come first. During the open and insightful interview Drue showed a high energy level.
Drue believes policy, economic and political uncertainty is inhibiting M&A activity in South Africa. “Both domestic and foreign investors are shutting the door to M&A activity. It’s currently a damp environment,” he says. We all need to hang on till the next elections in May 2018.
